    Still can’t get a DHCP address in Tableview @Afrigirl. Octotel. A direct connection to the ONT returns an APIPA address.

    Appreciate the late reply! Thanks for confirming it's ready, support told me to wait 72 hours... I'll configure the lease when I get back home and follow to steps you suggested.

    @Afrigirl @AfriNatic, I'm migrating from CI. Placed the order 2 days ago. How long until I can become active - not having much success with support. Octotel confirmed all good their side. Just waiting on Afrihost now to complete the migration / activate. Can you check if you can push it...

    The joke is that we already pay a premium that is higher than other ISPs. Why are we not getting redundancy that should be baked into the inflated price?
