Hi the ISP says it still shows 40/10 on vumas isp portal but they have not offered to log a fault- JameelahSamie

Hey Need some help, im with afrihost and initially had a 40 down and 10 up package, I upgraded to 100 down and 50 up package on june 2nd in the afrihost app and agreed to a pro rata amount, in the app it showed i now have the new package and it shows active however the speed remained max 40 down...- JameelahSamie
