    I was using my TP-Link router but after swapping to the one you guys sent me (also a TP-Link 750) the problem persists.

    I haven't tried with another device, but it was working fine before I moved to CI. It is a wired connection to the router.

    I think there is a problem with apple.com or perhaps international connections. I switched from cfibre to Cool Ideas (100/100, netstream) on 23rd April. It took a full week to download a 9GB movie from itunes. It would download anywhere between 100mb and 2GB at full 11mbps speed then throw...
