  • Hi Guys , i have a car i want to sell but its been standing for 8 years not riding and my family member who is the owner immigrated to another country and licence expired in 2010. Can i sell the car to a buyer first without paying outstanding fees ? and then let new owner pay the fees or do i have to pay the arrears before i can sell to the buyer ?

    The new licence of the car and therefore the transfer of the car wouldn't be issued if there are ourstanding speed fines! One practical solution would be to negotiate a discount (sometimes 50%) with the Traffic Department and subtract that from your price of the car. Inbox me to [email protected] to negotiate a price
