Axxess VoIP registration failure

Axxess VoIP registration failure
Upgraded firmware on the router which made no difference. Heard nothing further from Afrihost and Axxess support. Have now cancelled both out of frustration. -

I've recently acquired a VoIP number from Axxess and it registers and I'm able to call over the Zoiper Android app while on a mobile network. When I switch over to my DLink DIR-825 router that's connected to Afrihost, my Zoiper deregisters and my VoIP service doesn't work. I've also just...
