    I have spoken to a consultant from Rain on Thursday( after speaking to multiple consultants that could not help us) regarding my thread on Broadband.     Rain LTE router

    We received our router, but is not working at all. We do have coverage where we stay. We have spoken to 4 consultants taking us through resetting and rebooting without success. Is there anything else we can try?
