@websquadza the ones that I listed are now working. Thank you.
I found some more that are not working: (they do work from our work network)
# traceroute6 -n -I 2a00:d78:0:712:94:198:159:31
traceroute6 to 2a00:d78:0:712:94:198:159:31 (2a00:d78:0:712:94:198:159:31) from...
@websquadza , just to note that connectivity to the SANReN/TENET network stopped working this morning around 4:40.
traceroute6 -I -l 2001:4200:7000:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:f001
traceroute6 to 2001:4200:7000:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:f001 (2001:4200:7000:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:f001) from...
It is not consistent:
# traceroute6 -I -l 2c0f:f030:203:6f8:230:18ff:fecd:7343
traceroute6 to 2c0f:f030:203:6f8:230:18ff:fecd:7343 (2c0f:f030:203:6f8:230:18ff:fecd:7343) from 2603:c026:4500:8001:a7f9:c1ba:e8ec:4d7f, 64 hops max, 20 byte packets

As a followup. I checked on the destination machine, orca.cids.org.za (2603:c026:4500:8001:a7f9:c1ba:e8ec:4d7f) and I can see traceroute6 and ping6 packets arrive and being responded to. So the problem is not the outgoing traffic, but the return traffic.
@websquadza It looks like something is wrong with parts of your IPv6 network.
I cannot reach your own web site:
> traceroute6 -I -l www.websquad.co.za
traceroute6 to websquad.co.za (2c0f:f030:6040:2::75) from 2c0f:f030:203:6f8:230:18ff:fecd:7343, 64 hops max, 20 byte packets

Hi @websquadza
IPv6 broke around 4:20. I cannot even get to your web site:

Hi @websquadza ,
IPv6 stopped working again. This time the router at least acknowledge that it does not know what to do with the packet:
> traceroute6 -l -I websquad.co.za
traceroute6 to websquad.co.za (2c0f:f030:6040:2::75) from 2c0f:f030:201:401:dd:e7ff:fef7:850a, 64 hops max, 20 byte...
