    Migrating between fibre providers in an ISP

    I'm currently with WebAfrica, using Openserve 40/20 as my provider. It's fine but I'm on the so-called "uncapped" option which means the FUP kicks in and throttles me to hell and gone. Octotel has just come to my area and they offer 100/25 for only 60 bucks more, so it's kinda a no-brainer...
