Yes you show you have coverage, But it shows as Fixed Wireless LTE.
As you have said that "Average speeds remain device and coverage dependent."
And unfortunately you are in an area that covers only LTE and not LTE-A.

Afrihost is now reporting that the area is not covered for LTE-A, even when their coverage app/map shows it is covered. They also allowed me to sign up with LTE-A based on the fact that my area was covered.

I have tested a Rain sim too and only get LTE and not LTE-A.

The CellC connection I am getting is only 4G and not 4G+.
