    Userverse has a "Gold Package" : 25Mbps/ 25Mbps, free installation, router for R839pm. Excludes R575 activation fee. Comes with a free, vague FUP too!

    Thanks - in our case thankfully, we do have an option to go with CellC, Vodacom etc. Its just that the FNO (Hurricrane) is punting Userverse. After a google search, its quite a coincidence that share a physical address too! I just need to decide who is better here in Durbs.

    Thanks - I see that. I'm not convinced that they are the ISP for me. Also, there is literally no one else talking about them on MyBB. I usually support up and coming startups but with no reviews and a vague FUP and activation costs, its kinda dead in the water to me

    Has anyone ever heard of Userverse as an ISP? Hurricrane (Metrofibre affiliate perhaps??) has installed fibre in our area and have recommended Userverse as an ISP. I have my reservations ... can anyone chip-in some thoughts?
