Hi All,

Outbounds calls are made to an international destination. I would like to implement a VOIP solution. Whats the ideal route for me? Assume that I do not have any hardware at present (no computer hardware, no adsl and telkom line)

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance :)

Hi Julias, you can use www.euphoria.co.za,

Costs are R50 per extension per month + calls.
International call rates to many international destinations landlines 32c ex vat per minute charged per second.
If you use ViBE technology you can push up to 30 simultaneous call over a 4MB adsl line.
Vibe costs R 15 per channel per month
Your main upfront cost would be the VoIP phones +- R 600 ex vat per phone.

Please contact us on [email protected] for further information.

We are running a number of inbound and outbound call centers.

Regards

We specialise in international as we have a lot of international direct connections. The pricing depends on the destination. We have a bunch of our retailers I can refer you to and they can give you a tailored solution together with our solution. It should come out rather more cost effective. Please contact me at [email protected] and I'll find a best fit.

Vox has the best call quality they are also very reliable, i have a single sip trunk in my asterisk box... on a 1meg adsl line with a VOX local only adsl acount and it holds about 20 calls simultaneously perfectly.....
