    Impossible to cancel my rain account

    I am being held hostage by Rain. Their cancellation process is impossible if not non-existent. I sent a support ticket over a month ago trying to cancel but still haven’t heard back from them and the payment still tries to go through. Why is the cancellation process so impossible??!
