    Haha, that could actually work. Incredible Connection does say this on its website though: “In line with the CPA a handling fee of up to 15% of the value of the product may be charged when the product/packaging is not returned in its original purchase condition.”

    Yes, I asked about testing it and not being sure it would work well / be suitable for my computer. Buying directly from DellOnline.co.za might be a safer bet though, even if it is R400 more expensive there.

    I just received an email back from a query I sent them on Friday, and they said: “If you return the product to us within the 7-Day period and the packaging is still pristine then the fee is well below this, usually around 5-10%.”
