    Yes. Simply register at an examination centre and write the exams you choose.

    I can see possible reasons for wanting to do that, such as wanting better results to improve chances of acceptance for a different degree.

    Would it not be simpler to do a bridging course for the other degree as needed?

    You can usually get reduced requirements if you're over 21 with a degree. Check if you don't already qualify without having to redo your matric.
