1st of all. my ISP reports the problem its Openserve that doesn't come to light. so currently my Problem isnt with my ISP i really can't complain about its with Openserve. Poor service from OpenServe
So i would just like to complain about Openserve. I first applied for my fiber line on 2 November 2021 and on 10 November 2021 my installation was done by Telkom people. since then the LOS light on my ONT Unit has been flashing up to date Openserve was at my house twice.
