So i would just like to complain about Openserve. I first applied for my fiber line on 2 November 2021 and on 10 November 2021 my installation was done by Telkom people. since then the LOS light on my ONT Unit has been flashing up to date Openserve was at my house twice. The First time they told me the line was faulty but do note that that was on 10 December 2021 a full Month of struggling to get them there in the first place. then I struggled another month to get Openserve to my house on 19 January 2022 and they tested everything and told me that my line is fine its my ONT Unit which is faulty. So up to date we are 2months and 9 days later and still no fibre cause i must log a call again with them to come and replace my ONT Unit. this wait is really working on my nerve. why couldn't they replace my ONT Unit when they where their yesterday. and I don't even have a estimated time to know how long I'm going to wait for this to be fixed. this is really poor service from their side
