Not the phone number. That does have a backspace. But once you are through to a company and you have to choose a department by entering a number, say 5, then it asks you to enter your ID or membership number. Now you can't backspace to remove the 5 before entering you ID number, so your ID has... -

Freshphone - no backspace
When using freshphone on a menu service there is no way to clear the numbers entered to enter a new number. Am I missing something??
