The Axxess lady,
Good day, it's been 11days now since my call has been logged at Axxess and my line is not syncing on atleast 8mbps. My downloading status shows that my speed is at 5120 kbps it's been at this speed since my upgrade. I dont understand what the problem is, could it be the distance...
On the 30 April 2018 I requested a new service from Axxess, it's the 28th May 2018 today and Still waiting for my Adsl line to be managed by Axxess. Did anybody else experience this bad service from Axxess before?
