MR3420 and Huawei E1820 is not working....pls help

Hi I am currently using MR3420 and also E1820 and cant seem to be getting it right. i have upgraded today the router with latest firmware......but the router seems not able to pick the 3G .....I am using 8ta as the network the router logs 1st day 00:17:04 DHCP NOTICE...
