    Was on the point of ordering the Opel Opcom diagnostic tool when we found out that it will not work with windows 10 which I have, only Win xp.

    I have a new coil pack in. I tested by pulling lead to the plug in the motor, inserting a new plug in the lead and touching the lifting bracket with the plug threads. Also used screw driver in same way but but only briefly cause it was mentioned that thew coil could be damaged. No spark. Checked...

    I replaced the coil pack and the sensors that they say can cause problems as a preventative measure since I don't know the history of the vehicle. Car is 16 years old.

    Can anybody please recommend. Someone independent in Pretoria who can test the Corsa c 2006 1.4 ECU & BCM) of a recently retrenched pensioner for a fair fee?! I'm available anytime,, even Sunday. Replaced a lot of stuff. In a corner now! Thanks
