I am looking for info on what needs to change if I want to change my 2007 Subaru Forester from HID headlights to Halogens. So I know I'd need to buy Halogen headlight assemblies since you can't just swap the bulbs. And I know I need a Halogen wiring harness. But I'd like to know of your...
Yeah it has to be kinda universal. I don't see the need for Bosch to make a million different 3.8Bar 100l/h pumps. They actually gave me one with a different part number which looks identical. I assume because they made certain improvements to it over the last 25 or so years. No problems...
UPDATE: so two things:
1. The fuel pump is dead. There's power to the plug at the pump, but it doesn't turn on.
2. Fuse #26 is the fuel pump fuse I was looking for. It IS actually on the fuse panel under the steering wheel. It's a yellow 20A fuse.
But now, my next bit of stress is trying to...
Not yet sadly. It's such a pain trying to get information about this car from the internet. Because Only Brazil and SA had the Corsa Lite, so all the info is for the Corsa B, which is slightly different in many ways. E.g. they say there's a fuse box next to the battery in the engine bay. THERE...
You'd think so. But it isn't. You can only read codes with OpCom software on a laptop and an OpCom cable (Or an expensive code reader). it does NOT support OBD2.
The pump is accessible from under the rear seat luckily. I tested the coil pack with a multimeter. And then I went to Goldwagen and tested one of theirs and got the same Ohm readings on their one. So I know it's good at least.
I'm still not 100% sure what it's problem is but I've eliminated spark as an issue. I had a bad coil pack many years ago and I know the symptoms of that (missing, fuel smell, rough idle, backfiring, etc). This is like there's no fuel coming at all. I'm basically trying to test the fuel pump...
Nope. The newer models have a Schrader valve on the side of the fuel rail but mine does not. Mine has a fuel pressure regulator where the schrader valve would be.
Car just suddenly decided not to start again. It was running fine up until that point.
Once in about twenty cranks it will run for...
The fuse box has a legend and the legend does not have an icon related to fuel. There are fuses for power windows, lights, fans, demisters, fog lights, etc, but nothing related to fuel. And there's no secondary fuse box in the engine bay like in some Corsa B's. And also there's no fuse next to...
Hi, I'm getting a bit desperate here. My 2005 Corsa Lite won't start. I've established that spark plugs and coil pack are okay. I've established the fuel pump relay is okay. Now, I'm trying to figure out if there is a fuel pump fuse somewhere too so I can check whether it's blown before I check...
But how am I going to get a passive income from physical gold and silver? I am looking to generate an income here, not really looking at growth. I have an RA with my employer for that. What I want is something that pays me money every 3 to 6 months which I can either reinvest OR buy performance...
Hello, I'm new here as a member but I've been reading quite a while. But anyway, I've had a question on my mind for some time now and I hope someone can enlighten me. So if you go to a fund administrator or a shop like Satrix who offer a dividend basket/ETF, they normally pay out only like 5.5%...
