    Vehicle still in my name after 5 years - Need advice on traffic department

    Just a quick history of it. 2011 I got a scooter from my parents that got registered in my name. Turned out that I couldn't ride it since my feet wasn't touching the ground and it was way too heavy for me, so my mom sold it. I got home when the guy she sold it to just left. Fast-forward 2016...
