I think I'm posting this in the right section. Anyways, just wanted some insight and advice on which gym to join. I know Viva opens next month here in Cape Town, Parklands and I'm liking the idea of a no contract gym. I think it's around R250-300pm. It's a bit out of my way but I don't mind. Red is closer by a small margin at R200pm but on contract. I just want the best for buck and time--don't want no Ratanga.
Anyways, if you're affiliated or have any experience with these gyms (or any other) please fill me in. I'm really looking forward to some of that quiet, post-apocalypse (after work) me-time.
