Recourse on unknowingly purchasing counterfeit AirPods
I purchased AirPods from a website called techmaniasa.co.za. They claim to be an apple distributor. When I received the item it was a clear counterfeit product. The “company” has not replied to my request for a refund. How do I take this matter further? It was quite a large sum of money paid.- laicol
