I do think that we when there are issues for over two days Rain should find a way to proactively notify us. We use your service to work from home and run businesses. so two day is two long without reliable service, not to mention that there is still no ETR.
One could have looked at...
My connectivity has become so unreliable for the last two days. support team keeps telling me to restart the router. I hope @rain_mobile @rain_networks can help.
