I do think that we when there are issues for over two days Rain should find a way to proactively notify us.
Hi @Jam Sandwich,Ive not been able to connect to my my local rain tower for months now... You just get told to restart the router or aim it at the window...Aside from the rep on here there is zero tech support...i dont think they give a toss really.
