    Rain has made it impossible to cancel

    I’ve ordered a router and had a change of heart, and decided to cancel. Unfortunately, the option to cancel was ‘click the manage button’ which doesn’t exist. Their phone number just rings. And there’s no option to directly speak to a human. Once you sign up, you’re stuck with them for life...
