Rain has made it impossible to cancel

I’ve ordered a router and had a change of heart, and decided to cancel. Unfortunately, the option to cancel was ‘click the manage button’ which doesn’t exist.
Their phone number just rings. And there’s no option to directly speak to a human.
Once you sign up, you’re stuck with them for life.
They are the most dishonest and non transparent companies, and if you decide to sign up for their crappy service, just know that you will NOT be able to cancel.
