Impossible to cancel Rain subscription

I have been trying to cancel my Rain subscription for a while. I got a call from their agent before the deduction date instructing her to cancel but the deduction went on the 25th of March. I went on the app which still showed that the sim is active. I logged for another call, an agent called and we did all the test that shows that the sim has no service, it's been out of service for some time and on the 1st of April they are trying to deduct again for some odd reason that I do not understand. Every agent promise to escalate the matter further for cancelation and nothing seems to happen. And why are they trying to deduct for the 2nd time in one month while I'm not even receiving their service.
