Impossible to Cancel Rain contract

We have been trying to cancel rain since July 2025. Everytime we log a ticket they Will call and tell us to pay R50 cancellation fee .we have paid this twice now but stills not cancelled and still getting billed. What are we supposed to do to cancel this scam.

Spoke to someone who had a similar issue. It seems sending them the fraud case number as reported at the SAPS does get some reaction...
