This is exactly what I do, generally if you do it at least a week before the debit order date then the debit order wont run, any later and you risk it going off and sitting with the credit for the next month.
Its probably carry over data. I'm on Ruby (70gb shareable) and I carried over 40gb, so total shareable data is 110gb. The shareable data carries over, the promo data does not
Same thing happened to me, its also near impossible to chat to a person online or call someone and talk to a human, I was on hold for 10mins then gave up. Farcical
my mtn contract shows the same thing when new bundles load, usually what happens is only the old data expires on that date and it'll show you a new date. Its a bit of a wonky system but I don't think you'll have any issues
@Afrigirl is there a reason Afrihost stopped the vuma black friday pricing for new sign ups so soon? I'm asking because I see a few other ISPs still offer it and I know Afrihost is allowing an opt it for existing users until the end of the month
Are you guys still updating the price? I'd like to migrate my line to afrihost but the afrihost website shows the vumatel aerial still on the normal prices
