I am having the same issue, been told different things each time I have called the call center, 1) we are auditing your 2019 tax return but must release your 2020 refund and then 2) we are auditing your 2019 tax return and no refund will happen while we have 60 business days to come back to you...
Thanks for the feedback, guys. I am probably jinxing myself now but the last few days the streaming quality for me has been back to perfect HD, just so frustrating how it can swing so wildly and with no clear idea, nor feedback from DSTV.

I am on a 50mbps fibre line with a LAN cable straight from the router to our Apple TV using the DSTV Now app. Over the last two weeks any channel just doesn't stream in HD and is very pixelated. I have raised this with DSTV on twitter, yet they seem to have no idea what the issue is...
