    You cannot close an account while owning. I called them and asked if they can close the account once the debt was repaid, they agreed. Stop harassing people because you don’t have a life. Imagine watching this platform just to reply to messages that don’t concern you.

    Rain sent me to NuDebt collectors, I paid off what I was owing only to find out that they are still billing me. I emailed them telling that I would like to close the account. I am in awe how incompetent rain is and yet they are still expanding. Please close my account, I have paid the debt...
