Rain sent me to NuDebt collectors, I paid off what I was owing only to find out that they are still billing me. I emailed them telling that I would like to close the account.

I am in awe how incompetent rain is and yet they are still expanding.

Please close my account, I have paid the debt collections and shouldn’t be billed at this point.

You should have closed the account ages ago. If you didn't close the account they will keep billing you. So they're not scammers, you're a dumbass.

After you first "paid off what I was owing", did you cancel the account on the web portal? Did you get an e-mail (thus proof)?

If you didn't, the incompetence falls not to Rains side...

You cannot close an account while owning. I called them and asked if they can close the account once the debt was repaid, they agreed. Stop harassing people because you don’t have a life. Imagine watching this platform just to reply to messages that don’t concern you.

Imagine not paying your bills and then complaining on a forum about it.
