Sorted after phoning Vodacom and refusing to hang up until they phoned Metro whilst I was waiting - simple reprovision fixed it, and I lay all this blame on Vodacom :ROFL: How does it take 20+ calls to get them to contact Metro and just do a reprovision!
So on the 21st of January I phoned Vodacom to cancel my line as I wanted to move to WebAfrica 1000mbps (from 75mbps)
Reluctantly I decided to accept Vodacom's deal match, good deal, R200 cheaper than WebAfrica...
