So on the 21st of January I phoned Vodacom to cancel my line as I wanted to move to WebAfrica 1000mbps (from 75mbps)
Reluctantly I decided to accept Vodacom's deal match, good deal, R200 cheaper than WebAfrica...
So Feb 1 comes and my line speed is not upgraded (I almost knew this was going to happen). So I've been on the phone every single day since last week Monday, with the most useless support from Vodacom.
At some point in the week, they upgraded my upload speed (Yay?) So now I sit with a 75/500 line and no one to help me.
What's the easiest way to get assistance from Metrofibre since my point of contact is supposed to be the ISP?
