I have ordered a 101 home router from rain it's due to be delivered tomorrow, however I can't seem to find my ID and I have tried doing a temporary at the home affairs but their system is down. Is it possible to do an affidavit at the SAPS and submit it in order to receive my package?- maddofNd

I had ordered a router but I can't find my ID. And my package is due to be delivered tomorrow. I went to Home Affairs for a temporary ID but the system is down. Is it possible that I will get my package if I do an affidavit at the police station?- maddofNd

Rain WiFi issues
My rain router is giving me issues it's say there is no data but payments are made every month. This is the second time I'm complaining about this issue. We called customer care but the phone just rings for hours. And we are not getting assistance from the rain app- maddofNd
