Well.. my experience over the last few weeks with Vodacom
* Visit 1: Yes we can do an e-sim.. but not now, QR codes are not working
* Visit 2: The QR codes work now... but we cannot do a SIM swap after 5:30pm because Vodacom deems all simswaps done after this time as fraudulent and this will go...
Sorry.. so angry I got click happy. Seems Vodacom aren't holding my folks to it in prince but they have to go through a whole cancellation process. Wonder how many older folk have no idea what they actually signed and are gonna be dupped

Has anybody experienced very dodgy signup practices from a company called Next Level Fibre. They going around my folks neighbourhood trying to sign people up to Vodacom Fibre, stating month to month, R399, getting all older folks to sign over the weekend and now we find out that its a 3...
Perhaps just to add, we had to subsequently book and paid for another movie on the same day, also SK, but different cinema, cause you know, disappointed kid in school holidays.
Possible solutions are:
Send a voucher code in the cancellation SMS
Credit my SK account with the same type of...

So this exactly my issue, I shouldn't have to do that, petrol is expensive and its 2023. If there was a voucher code included in that SMS it would have been solved in that instant and the experience would have been as yours, seamless.
