    Most ppl I know currently experiencing issues for the past hour or two. According to whatsapp messages received ; it seems like there was a cable break.though not on full speed yet; it seems like the break has been fixed..just need to get normal speeds again

    Yes...2 days I experienced this. The attached screenshot showing speeds of 5Mbps on a 40Mbps Line. That was on the 7th at 18h45 about. But got restored some time after.
