    Monitor arm

I'd like to buy a dual monitor arm for 2 24 inch monitors. It should be of the type that clamp to the edge of the desk. Problem is that I'm worried about the stability and build quality. It is not easy to gauge online. I have a budget of about R2500 Can anyone recommend something from...

In the pictures in the article, the left hand one is unmistakably an Altech Netstar unit.

    Ryzen 3 2200g temperature

I found something interesting. If the the CPU voltage is set to auto it seems to run a bit high. In the graph below you can see of the multiplier and voltage is on auto, it never reaches its boost frequency of 3.7GHz, and runs at 79C (first bar). If I set the voltage to 1.3V, it runs cooler (75C...

    Is evetech good or shady?

Well... For example see attached. This is a mining GPU. The only hint that this is a mining card is the letters "MI" in the SKU. Nowhere in the advert is the word mining to be found. I suppose it is OK since it works exactly like any other RX570. But the average Joe wouldn't think to look it up...

    Ryzen 3 2200g temperature

I'm using HW monitor (from TechPowerup's website IIRC) to read the temperature. I'm not overclocking, and I'm not using the integrated GPU. I forgot to add that the ambient temperature is 17 degrees.

    Ryzen 3 2200g temperature

To all Ryzen 3 2200g owners: Can you please tell me what temperature your CPU is running at? I'm using the stock cooler and I get 35-40 idle and 68-72 in games. Prime95 can push it to 79. I set the fan profile in the bios to run full rpm at 60 degrees and above. I have good airflow in my...

    Comparisons between Ryzen 2200G, 3200G, 2400G and 3400G

Oddly, not between all 4. And some reviewers try to compare results they got a year ago with a different motherboard and RAM, and different in game settings, which is totally meaningless.

    Comparisons between Ryzen 2200G, 3200G, 2400G and 3400G

So it has been 48 hours since the release of Ryzen 3rd gen. Most reviewers seem to focus on the 3600 and upwards. But what I'd like to see is gaming benchmarks and comparisons between the above mentioned 4. Firstly with the integrated graphics and then paired with a mid-tier graphics card...

    The PC Build Thread

Build: Mini-ITX PC (I want it to be small so I can hide it from my wife :)) Budget: R6000 CPU: https://www.wootware.co.za/amd-ryzen-3-2200g-quad-core-3-5ghz-3-7ghz-turbo-socket-am4-desktop-apu.html Motherboard...

    Lenovo ideapad 330s

My work laptop is a Thinkpad T580. Not the same class as the one you are looking at, but I can tell you I'm very happy with mine. Even though it is all plastic, the build quality is superb. And the battery life excellent. Apart from the CPU (which is Intel of course), the other major components...

    SSD on SATA2?

Hi I'm looking for ways to breathe new life into an older system. Specs: Core i3-530 (LGA1156, the only place I can find upgrade parts, like i7-870, is 2nd hand eBay from the UK) 8GB 1333MHz DDR3 RAM (4x 2GB sticks, all slots filled). 500GB 7200rpm HDD Motherboard...
