    Refresher course on very top of post. 1account = 5 shared profiles. Revoking access means have to delete entire account to prevent access. Defeating entire purpose of this post anyway

    Deleting profile WIPES ALL YOUR PROFILE HISTORY OFF. You start from scratch. But never mind. We are getting off topic here. My question was there any way to get netflix to fix the problem?

    Do you have children? Clearly you have a lot of time on your hands to police them. Even the best of children will do things behind your back without your knowledge. Ever hear about 'prevention is better than the cure'. The thing is Netflix is advertising profile locking as a feature.
