QBO - Quickbooks Online - ABSA bank transaction feed

They "fixed" that error, but created a new one. Each time client links bank account it creates a new Bank account on QBs. Reflects a balance, but does not pull transactions in. Their technicians are "Working on it". This is really frustrating and importing CSV files is time consuming. I...

    SARS E-Filing - Can't pay PAYE/UIF - SARS date issue

I am using Windows 10. While we are on the subject of documents conking out, what causes this error? Why can we not simply open a document? You have to save, and then pray that it opens as something you can read. Makes no difference if you use Adobe or Foxit - same problem. What do SARS IT...

Thanks for advice. I downloaded full screenshots and filed a complaint - so am ready for battle regarding penalties.

    SARS E-Filing - Can't pay PAYE/UIF - SARS date issue

Not for me. Power eventually went on at 10:30pm, but still the same error - except the dates now have all the necessary zeros.

    SARS E-Filing - Can't pay PAYE/UIF - SARS date issue

Have been using Chrome for years. I think SARS was the last institution to hold on to Explorer. Had many issues with them for forcing me to use unsafe browsers.

    SARS E-Filing - Can't pay PAYE/UIF - SARS date issue

Tried paying on my phone. None of the buttons are active. That is, if I click on "Make Payment" nothing happens. Does anyone use their phones for e-filing?

    SARS E-Filing - Can't pay PAYE/UIF - SARS date issue

We are in complete blackout for the day today. Maintenance! So can only check tonight. Will try and pay from my phone. See if the change in app helps.

    SARS E-Filing - Can't pay PAYE/UIF - SARS date issue

Nothing has changed on my computer. Not sure how an ad blocker would affect it(?). A pop-up is appearing.

    SARS E-Filing - Can't pay PAYE/UIF - SARS date issue

Which browser are you using? They always hide behind browsers being the issue. Never found changing to make any difference before, but curious that you managed to pay.

    SARS E-Filing - Can't pay PAYE/UIF - SARS date issue

Neither. There is no way to select a date. The pop-up appears as you enter the payment screen. The pop-up blocks any further navigation so you have to exit. Yesterday, the calendar date was filled in as 2023/3/6. Today it is blank. I assume IT is doing something (?) It must be an 18 hour...

Oh boy. So there comes the slog of writing off penalties .

    SARS E-Filing - Can't pay PAYE/UIF - SARS date issue

Thanks for all the replies. I changed my regional date format. No change. There is no way I can change the date on the payment screen on E-Filing as the pop-up prevents any further navigation around the page. Clicking on "OK" does nothing either. @Charlesjjm glad to hear I am not alone. I...

    SARS E-Filing - Can't pay PAYE/UIF - SARS date issue

Is anyone else experiencing the latest brilliance of our government requirements filing systems? I can't pay PAYE/UIF due to an error with the date on the payment details screen. "Please make sure that the date entered is not in the past. 2023/3/6" I can't access the Payment Request Date as...

QBO - Quickbooks Online - ABSA bank transaction feed

That is their typical response. There is a vast time difference in compiling a CSV file and just downloading transactions. This has been an issue for more than 10 days. And I still haven't received a copy of the chat. Did receive an e-mail with the same ole excuse though. If any QBs...

QBO - Quickbooks Online - ABSA bank transaction feed

Is anyone else having an issue with QBO and ABSA bank transaction downloads? My client's feeds suddenly stopped on the 24th - error 106. I disconnected the account and client has repeatedly tried to reconnect. According to ABSA nothing has changed on his account and the problem is not from...
