    What is happening with Vumatel in Observatory, Cape Town? We've been down for three days now. Vumatel tells me to contact Cool Ideas, and Cool Ideas support keeps saying "we will be following up with Vumatel" but never get back to me with anything concrete. Ticket: #COOL-20251203-2546165

    Same here. I'm on Vumatel in Cape Town. International is either trickling through or not accessible at all.

    Same here. Where did you see that they are doing maintenance? Just phoned Vuma's support and they said there were no issues so it must be on the ISP's side.
