Either there is a box installed already or you have applied for installation and have an install date, I doubt you would have this installed by the weekend if not.

IS seems to be going via CPT now, just not Telkom and Neotel.This should have been resolved already as we have removed advertising IS in JHB for CPT ranges, I will investigate for you.
For a third day in a row the line has just dropped twice in a 30 minute span, and when it comes back pings are high and twitch is impossible to use. Take about 10 minutes before becomes stables again and i can actually use it.
International is down and local is slow on vuma cape town.

Net died again at 00.38am. international came back dead. Switched isp account.
