Also only this morning?Ditto for SADV.

Are you back online?I reset my router now I cannot connect to the internet?
I got the tplink AC750, worked fine before the reset.
Which setting must I change in the router settings?
I see I need PPPOE login detail, but can't find it on coolzone. However I can change my password in services, hmm. Logging ticket for my pppoe details.
EDIT: Nevermind, found the username format "[email protected]", and password is changeable on coolzone
i think its probably got more to do with these shitty upload speeds, but you're the expert...Well that's why you would get poor performance from a higher latency location. If it was a Linux server it would probably work fine. Windows 10 doesn't scale it's outbound TCP window size dynamically.
Yes again I presume you are doing this from a Windows PC? It's TCP window doesn't scale. So same thing here.
No plans on changing prices, we've never been the cheapest network nor the most expensive but we focus on what we do.@PBCool i was curious to know if there are going to be any price changes due to BitCo launching their FTTH at very competitive prices?

Yeah, figured it out from the FAQ before I logged a ticketAre you back online?
@PBCool will CISP be looking at routing via the new Angola link to the US ?

This would potentially open up a whole new viable world of gaming as we're not only stuck with the EU.
Thanks in advance

Use the search function or read a few pages, this has been awnsered already.
