    Thanks for the replies I submitted OTP and it was accepted and deposit paid. Only the balance of the funds need to be paid. So I am busy with a bank guarantee for the balance but the attorneys also want guarantee for the transfer fees.

    Hi 1st time buyer. Been reading this thread but have a quick question I would like to know, I am a cash buyer and providing a bank guarantee for the purchase price to the transferring attorneys. The letter they sent to the bank for the guarantee states the 1st guarantee for the purchase price...
