    I think you have to negotiate the trade-in with MTN and Vodacom while drawing up the contract in order to qualify for the discount. I upgraded with vodacom and submitted the trade-in afterwards and qualified for 10k cash payout. Vodacom also never mentioned anything about the trade-in deal...

    The NeoFlex Screen Protector can be a little tricky to fit correctly. The nice thing is that you can wash it off and try again. If you run out of the provided solution you can use water. Also quite easy to squeeze out any bubbles or very small dust particles after it's applied.

    With an app like Nice Lock (in the QuickStar module the setting is Show Quick button grid) you can change it. No rooting required. More info here Nice Lock is based on Good Lock which is not available in our region. More info here

    I think it's automated yes. I'm guessing it takes a while because there may be some checks on IMEI numbers, etc.. Took about 5-6 hours before I got a response, and that was on a public holiday.

    It takes a few hours before you receive the confirmation mail. They will ask for your preferred pick up date and address. A day or 2 later they will confirm the pickup date and courier will email you the waybill.
