Can't use 2nd number for claim back
 
Was waiting for the trade in to be paid out before I tried it:rolleyes:...got confirmation today that it will only be paid on the 14th of April...a bit long?
Weird one was comfirmed today they said paying on 11th normally 10 days from day they confirm it

There's a new update waiting for S22 Ultra owners with the game performance change, but it did something actually useful for me: scrolling is now totally smooth everywhere. I definitely noticed a lot of jumping around previously, but I'm really impressed now, there isn't a lag before the smooth scrolling kicks in on most apps anymore.

I finished the process but concerned I have not received anything like a reference number.

Yes, you receive an email acknowledging the request and to confirm collection of your trade in device

It takes a few hours before you receive the confirmation mail. They will ask for your preferred pick up date and address.

A day or 2 later they will confirm the pickup date and courier will email you the waybill.
