Hey all. Just wanted to let you know that I am set-up and everything is working well. I really appreciate that Cool Ideas went the extra mile to help me with this.
Thanks. I tried it with no success - "Failed to authenticate to peer" - I guess I do have to wait for MTN :`(. Thanks for trying though PBCool. So far you guys have been great.
I am quite excited about this move now. Supersonic disconnected me 22:00 on Saturday evening and I am am signed up with Cool Ideas and ready to go. Just waiting on MTN to "switch me over". Does anybody know what this means? Is it a physical thing? I expected the same infrastructure (PON, router...

I wonder if someone knows this out of interest.
After quite a journey I have given up on my current ISP and decided to move. There is only one FNO in our area (MTN) and therefore my new ISP will use the same infrastructure as the one I have just terminated, HOWEVER, where I had 200/200Mbps...

Mine was bad right after loadshedding and got better later after 23:00-ish, though nowhere near the speed I pay for.
I have downloaded the tools you are using here and will play around with it to see if I can learn anything that I can add to the open calls I have with supersonic.
Do any of you...
Has this problem been resolved at all? I have been experiencing the same problem since November on my 200/200 line. It has deteriorated to the point that even Netflix occasionally buffers now and online gaming is almost totally impossible. I too have logged several faults with no support coming...
