    @AfriNatic , This problem is still unresolved. I replied to your message but heard nothing back from you. An agent from Afrihost promised twice to call me but didn't. In the meantime, Afrihost is allowing mail from ebucks but not from FNB, into the afrihost.co.za domain. You are the first ISP...

    Yeah, or just because a friend said "Hello Hello" in the subject box, the mail will bounce with the boilerplate reason "High probability of spam". In fairness, gmail does that too; but Afrihost is the first ISP I've come across blocking bona-fide institutional and transactional mail.

    @AfriNatic this has happened repeatedly to me with Afrihost, regarding mail from at least two more large businesses I'm a customer of. They also have a propensity to block transactional mail, ie: email generated by for example, online banking activity. I'll PM you the details you ask.

    The subject line says it all. Afrihost is a repeat offender when it comes to blocking mail from established institutions, in this case (and for the nth time) a bank. I'm sure that we'll all agree that an emailed bank statement is bona fide mail? Another concern: As a matter of routine...

    I submitted a ticket twice with full details via the ClientZone but each time the ticket literally disappeared upon submission. Anybody else experiencing the same problem(s)?

    Braamfontein upgraded to VDSL but Call Centre don't have it in Menu

    Telkom informed us Braamfontein users in the 011 403 XXXX and 011 339 XXXX numbering ranges of a planned outage in November 2016 in order to upgrade the infrastructure. Afterward, I ascertained that the Braamfontein telephone exchange now supports VDSL --and I live two blocks away from it...
